Flying squirrels were entering through this roof vent. A vent cover was installed to allow airflow but, stop animals.
Chewed pipe and resulting water damage.
Raccoons were entering this attic at the soffit end. Once the raccoons were captured and removed the corner was reinforced with heavy gauge sheet metal.
